We offer free cancellation until 48 hours prior to your shared experience start time, unless otherwise listed on your confirmation document. Please call at least 48 hours prior to reschedule your booking, transfer your booking, or to cancel for a full refund. Any cancellations received within 48 hours of your shared experience, as well as no-shows, will not be refunded.
We have a 7-day cancellation policy for all private tour and transfer experiences, unless otherwise listed on your confirmation document. Please call at least 7 days prior to reschedule your booking, transfer your booking, or to cancel for a full refund. Any cancellations received within 7-days of your tour or transfer, as well as no-shows, will not be refunded.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply to any and all cancellations. The remaining 50% will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start of the tour. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour or for no-shows.
